Why is my new fridge water like this?

Just got a new Lg fridge, bought a new filter, cycled out a lot of water and this is what it looks like. It seems like they're air bubbles they float to the top and get kind of foamy on the sides. Best affordable dishwasher

Hi, .I'm a 1st time homeowner and I bought my townhouse back in 2019. My GE dishwasher that came with the place is having issues unfortunately and I might need to replace it. All of the appliances in my kitchen are GE in the Slate color so preferably I would like to match everything still, however I also don't want to spend a ton of money on a dishwasher because I don't know if I'll be in my place for a long time or not. Can Portable electric space heaters be plugged into this?

I know extension cords aren't right for heaters.
