I’ve done them myself in my last couple houses, but I can’t figure out where I’d mount it as there just doesn’t appear to be anywhere above the coil it would fit. Looking for a small dishwasher for a small coffee shop

So one of the requirment from the health department is.capable of reaching the required temperature of at least (179F) 82C during the rinse cycle. We measure these temperatures using thermal labels in the field. If not, then you need to see if the furnace has 24vac at the R and C terminals. If it doesnt the furnace may not have power, or the transformer making the 24vac power may have failed. A standing pilot can stay lit while the furnace loses power. Once the pilot light heats the thermopile, it will keep the pilot valve open indefinitely.
